- RPN has carried out the drylining on 380 apartments, a concierge area, gym, cinema, dance studios and office spaces in this incredible 2 tower development for Telford Homes. In addition to the drylining RPN completed all SFS works and some occasional fire stopping and rendering. An intricate build with curved structures and baffled ceilings this development really showed how much RPN can achieve.
- The scheme exceeds Part L building regulations with 42% cumulative CO2 savings in the residential areas and 36% for the commercial elements.
