Description

- RPN works have conducted on 4 phases at the Horlicks Quarter development in the heart of Slough. The historic Horlicks Factory was built in 1908 and ran as an operating factory until 2018. Berkeley Homes acquired this site for a residential redevelopment known as the Horlicks Quarter.
- On 4 phases RPN have completed the drylining in 592 apartments, as well as, SFS works, Screeding & Plastering.
- RPN undertook the drylining, SFS and screeding works converting the old Horlicks factory into 161 luxury units including a residence cinema, gym and nursery. The factory was built in three phases 1908, 1929 & 1939 which added to the complexity of build. Incorporated within the contract was the installation of SFS in a 5 storey atrium which included boxing of roof purlins in Hardie Panel.
