- Hayes Village is a major regeneration project by Barratt London on the historic 12-hectare former Nestlé factory site in West London. RPN carried out the Drylining and Screeding on a mix of studios, and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Properties combine newly built blocks with refurbished homes inside the original factory buildings.
